New member wanting to improve health

Hi everyone, my name is Alan (obviously by the username).

I am new to the whole bio hacking thing, I recently took a big interest after watching a video about it and suffering from severe health problems myself.

My partner and I have an age gap, I am 46 and she is 31 and I am scared that I will die before her and I don’t want to leave her all alone, especially since now we have taking the next step in to our relationship and planning to start having some children.

What are some effective ways to prolong my life?

Obviously we all already know that dieting and exercising helps and I am already doing that, but so far my health problems have not really improved and my skin is still producing obvious signs of aging.

Obviously we cannot live forever but I wanna at least live to my mid 90s or early 100s so that I can die around the same time as my partner.

Is there any other ways to prolong my life? Are there any methods that have been proven to be effective and beneficial?

The health problems I have are type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, poor cholesterol, sinus tachycardia syndrome, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and asthma.

All help is mostly appreciated.
