I want to start experimenting with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Heard it has some impressive effects on VO2max, which seems to be an important metric for healthy aging. I’ve got a pretty good base of fitness, so I’m hoping I can design an exercise plan that isn’t too difficult.
Relatedly, I’ll probably get back on creatine. I’ve been avoiding it partially due to lack of interest and partially because I’ve been big into rock climbing the last few years and didn’t want the extra water weight. Hoping I can find a middle-ground where I take just enough to get the benefits and avoid the negatives.
