How to simplify Health Management?

Hi all,

I am in a journey to get better understand on my health and somehow are tired of all multiple solutions that are offered.

We seek the magic pill, the magic diet, the perfect training and rely on the information that is “planned” to reach us on algorithms.

I am trying to validate if that is a real problem or just my perception.

What I found, in my humble view, 3 major problems to live a healthy life:

  1. health information is confusing;
  2. habit tracking is daunting and inconsistent;
  3. and we don’t know if we are doing right. No visibility.

What is your view? Do you feel the same?

Would love to understand your journey towards finding what works for you only,
