Need help understanding my lipid panel

Hello, I am a 32YO Male, 185lbs, 5’10, very active, I lift weights 5 times a week, along with 30 minutes of steep incline power walking 5 days a week, and I am trying to understand my lipid panel results. I took a function health blood test, and I am concerned due to my results being out of range. I have an appointment with my primary care doctor coming up, but I am trying to avoid being placed on a statin. Was hoping someone could give me some insight to my results.
