5:30 AM (Empty Stomach):

6:00 AM (Empty Stomach):

Probiotic: 1 capsule

8:00 AM (After Breakfast):

B-100 (B-complex): 1 capsule

DHEA: 1 capsule

Omega-3 (500mg EPA, 250mg DHA): 1 softgel

Vitamin C (1000mg): 1 capsule

Royal Chance Piedra: 1 capsule

10:00 AM:

Alpha GPC: 1 capsule

Creatine Monohydrate: 3g (4 capsules)

Lion’s Mane Mushroom: 1 capsule

NMN: 1 capsule

12:00 PM:

CDP Choline (Citicoline): 1 capsule

Phosphatidyl Serine: 1 capsule

2:00 PM:

BodyBio PC (Phosphatidylcholine): 1 capsule

3:30 PM:

Acetyl L-Carnitine: 1 capsule

Bacopa Monnieri: 1 capsule

L-Theanine: 1 capsule

7:30 PM:

Calm & Clarity: 1 capsule

Curcumin with BioPerine: 1 capsule

7:45 PM:

CALM Magnesium (Natural Vitality): 1 teaspoon


Why I’m Posting

I’d love to get feedback from experienced members here. Are there redundancies or improvements you’d recommend? I’m specifically looking to:

  1. Optimize brain function and focus during study sessions.

  2. Sustain energy and cognitive clarity throughout the day.
